Our membership year is the calendar year, so you should see an email in December of each year with your current details.
Full members can save $25 by renewing before 31st January 2026 and can add the prestigious International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis for $65.
Membership renewal requires two things: Payment and an updated Declaration, which includes verification of your data such as address, phone, e-mail, and license number.
You can renew online or download the renewal declaration form and scan the completed form and email it in to admin@csch-od.ca or mail it to the address shown on the form.
